Beautifully designed and reasonably large rooms with bottled water, a private bathroom, snacks, VERY NICE stay! Fresh food for breakfast at the terrace.

I found a shared lounge at the hotel, where I could chat with other guests and pretend to enjoy their company. The breakfast included croissants, jam, juice, and hot drinks - all the essentials for a mediocre start to the day. The nearest airport was Venice Marco Polo Airport, which means I got to leave this place faster. Cheers!

The only thing missing was a red carpet to walk on, because that's how special I felt staying here. Not.

We liked spending 1 night here. It was fairly clean, everyone was affable and helpful. The location was quiet: a bakery and stores were within walking distance. You can find Locanda Montin next to the hotel to a have lunch.

The rooms are nice styled and reasonably large with modern en-suite bathroom, everything is great. The employees are very nice and pretty friendly;))

Big size room and quiet bed so I slept well. The hotel was in a fantastic and particularly good location, very close to the major tourist sites. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Al Chioschetto.

Unfortunately, there was no reception.

We ate at a great restaurant with excellent food. The bed was quiet, a bidet worked well. The staff was accommodating plus the location was incredible and favourable. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

The personnel was great offered me a lovely and beautiful room with water bottles, coffee, comfortable beds. A shower cap and hand soap were available there. I recommend the place.

Appreciated our stay, recommend this hotel. Had really nice stay on vacation and the weather was wonderful. Its location relatively near a grand opera house was wonderful and incredible. There were a bakery and stores around the property.

Amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views over the city. It felt like being on top of the world, except with way better coffee!

Breakfast was not nice, staff not very welcoming. No amenities at all in the room or elsewhere. Would have been nice if there was a tea maker in the room and wifi. All you get is a clean room with a bed and bathroom. Don't expect anything other than that.

It was fairly close to San M. square but at a calm location.

Got the same breakfest every day.

There where climate control and a writing table in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Bidet in the good bathroom was super awesome. The stuff that checked us in was amazing.

recommend to anyone. the hotel is charming with amazing staff and views of canal. the location is great and awesome and they have parking onsite.
